Chef Bernard Chew, has opened its first

restaurant in Bali — located along Sunset

Road. The menu features 20 Singapore-

inspired dishes made for sharing, with a

spotlight on crab and seafood specialties like

Soft-Shell Chili Crab, Salted Egg Crab, and

the iconic Singapore Chili Crab (advance

order recommended). Other favorites include

Singaporean Laksa with jumbo prawns, a

Salted Egg Octopus Rice Bowl, and even

burgers like Nasi Lemak Burger and Eggslut

Burger. All dishes are cooked naturally —

without MSG, added salt, or artificial

flavoring — to deliver authentic Singaporean

flavors. The restaurant’s colorful, neon-lit

interior, styled by Chef Bernard himself,

evokes Singapore’s vibrant skyline.
